About The Event
Yoga is a great way to improve your strength and flexibility while gaining awareness of your blur body.
Give your self a moment to be present, to connect to your breath.
We will have some time to be present and reflect before the practice of asana and we will finish with a relaxation and closing of the practice.
Bring your mat if you have, comfortable clothes, water and your smile if you are feeling it.
Everyone is welcome to join!
Minimum Donation: NT$300
