About The Event
Vinyasa flow is a more fast-paced style of yoga where we focus on connecting our breath to movement. In this class, we will work on strengthening and lengthening while using the breath to connect our body to our mind. The yoga sequences will involve a variety of yoga poses linked by smooth transitions between each, allowing us to organically flow from movement to movement. Both dynamic movement and relaxation will be incorporated. This class is suitable for all levels!
流動瑜珈（vinyasa flow) 是個比較快速的一種瑜珈類別，專注在連結我們的呼吸和身體的舉動。在這堂課中，我們主要是在加強與拉伸身體將利用呼吸來聯合我們的身體和心靈。我們會做許多不同的瑜珈姿勢，會從一個姿勢流動到下一個姿勢。在這堂課中我們會做動態運動也會讓身體完全放鬆，帶來身體與心靈的平衡。適合所有等級的學生！

About Winnie/ 關於 Winnie:
Winnie is a Taiwanese-born Scottish who has been practising yoga for 5 years now. She recently did her yoga teacher training in India and is excited to share what she has learnt. Winnie wants to share her love for yoga and help others cultivate a healthy body and a healthy mind!
